Refund Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including return address information and label details, along with guidance on how to send your package.


Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is requested due to customer preference or change of mind, the original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded.

Depending on the item and return method, the return label provided may be either:

  • a prepaid return label, or

  • an address-only return label.

In cases where an address-only label is provided, return shipping costs are handled according to the carrier’s rates selected by the customer.

Even when free shipping is offered as part of a promotion (such as free shipping on orders over $300), the actual outbound shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund when the return is due to customer preference.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Fraudulent Orders

Refunds will not be issued for orders confirmed to be fraudulent or unauthorized, including cases involving stolen or misused payment information.
Any additional fees incurred (such as chargeback fees) may also be the customer’s responsibility.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before the shipping process begins.

Once an order has entered the shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, refunds can only be processed through the standard return and refund procedure.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
